- No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Complaints from a neighbor may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
